My First Vlog: Pilates Review

Happy Friday! I’m just about to head off for work but I wanted to share my first vlog with you guys today. I’ve been wanting to do one of these forever and am so excited to be sharing this!

The topic is Pilates. I think it is such an amazing workout technique that’s always overshadowed by yoga. I want to bring it back into the spotlight! 😀

    Nice job on your vlog!! I haven’t attempted one yet, but it’s on my to-do list. :) I love pilates, although I don’t go as often as I should. But I’ve learned the hard way how important core strength is for runners, and I do some core work about 3x/week.

    Nice job on your first vlog! I made my first one yesterday too!

    I don’t do Pilates too much, though I’ve taken the first level of reformer training and hope to continue with it. Recently I’ve been more of a yoga girl.

      I really like yoga too but for some reason pilates always clicked with me a little more.

    I think you did a great job on your 1st vlog. Awesome product review too.

    Hubby LOVES Pilates. We used to belong to a gym and our instructor was so good. Now that we have a home gym we really should get back to it. I’ll check the DVD out, thanks!

    Congratulations on your first vlog!

    I do like Pilates. Just not a fan of fast head up and down movements so I tend to take it slower.

      And yeah, I definitely recommend doing it at the pace you feel comfortable. For the longest time there were some movements my body just wouldn’t do. After a long time I’ve finally managed to do them!

      Aww thank you so much!! I had such a fun time making this video but I was so nervous to upload it! And I definitely recommend the DVD, I absolutely love it! If you get it I’d love to hear what you think, Pilates is so much fun!

      Aww thank you Meg! I had a lot of fun making this video but I was so nervous! And yeah, I definitely love my Lululemon. ;p I’m so glad you like pilates too, I think it is such an amazing exercise but one that always seems to get overshadowed! Happy Saturday love!

      Aw thank you so much!! Yeah one of my friends is a licensed yoga instructor and she says the same thing, there are a lot of similarities.
