Please help me in welcoming Jax Raymond into the world. At 5:45am on August 29, 2012 my sister delivered a healthy baby boy weighing 7 pounds and 14 ounces and measuring 20.5 inches long. You can’t tell in this picture but this handsome little boy has a full head of hair!
I’m so proud of my sister for handling the labor so well and for giving the world such a perfect little boy. His older brother James (aka Jamie) was pretty excited to meet his little brother. He thought he had to hatch out of an egg first. ;p
My sister posted this picture of their baby pictures side by side and it’s crazy to see how much they look like twins! I am so excited for them to get to grow up side by side with each other like I grew up with my big sister, Katie.
Through the miracles of technology I could be with my sister in the hospital even while I was three hours away. She pulled up her laptop and called me on Skype and we got to talk and hang out while she waited for the contractions to start. It felt like I was really there and was such a special moment between the two of us that I’ll never forget. I’m so excited for their young family and so excited to get to hold my little godson. Katie, you did really good! <3
So cute! My boys are two years apart and look so much alike that we’re already getting their baby pictures mixed up! Congrats Auntie!
